All reservations must be made in advance through our official channels (website, email, or authorized WhatsApp).
Reservations are confirmed online and the full payment is made on the day of the tour, directly to our staff.
We accept cash, SINPE Móvil, bank transfer, and major credit or debit cards.
Cancellations made at least 48 hours in advance can be rescheduled or cancelled with no penalty.
Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice may result in a cancellation fee.
In case of No Show (failure to appear), the client will be responsible for the full cost of the reserved service.
Date changes are subject to availability and must be requested at least 24 hours in advance.
Each package or tour specifies the services included (transportation, guides, meals, park entrance fees, insurance, etc.).
Any personal expenses, meals not specified, tips, or activities not mentioned in the itinerary are considered not included.
All our packages include the mandatory tourist insurance required by Costa Rican law.
In cases where tours are operated by third-party providers (transport companies, hotels, specialized operators), Steve Tours acts solely as an intermediary, and the legal responsibility and insurance coverage fall under the service provider.
We are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings, delays caused by weather conditions, roadblocks, or force majeure situations.
In case of non-compliance with safety rules by the client, services may be suspended without refund.
Any damages caused to third-party property, agency equipment, or facilities visited will be the client’s direct responsibility.
Itineraries, rates, and package conditions are reviewed periodically and may change without prior notice.
